At our grooming salon, we always aim to provide the best possible service for your furry friends. Their safety is of utmost importance to us. If a dog becomes stressed or uncooperative during grooming, rest assured that we will immediately halt the grooming process and contact you, because nothing matters more than your pet's well-being.
To ensure a smooth grooming experience, please be punctual for your appointment. It's essential to note that the drop-off time is not the same as when your dog goes onto the grooming table. As a solo groomer, the time needed for grooming can vary based on your pet's size, coat condition, and behavior.
When your pet is ready for pick up, we'll give you a call. It's crucial not to pick up your pet earlier than this as it can excite not only your pet but all the dogs in the salon, including the ones currently on the grooming table. Please refrain from waiting in our driveway or nearby, as these rules are in place to ensure the safety of all pets.
We welcome text messages or calls to check on your furry friend during their grooming session. However, please be mindful of excessive communication, as it can slow down the grooming process. If multiple check-ins are made during the session, we reserve the right to terminate the grooming session, and you will still be responsible for the service charges. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
